Selections & planning
Materials, finishes, lead times, access, and the working schedule are confirmed before the main repair phase begins.
Demolition & framing
Remaining damaged materials are removed as needed, and structural or framing repairs are completed first.
Rough-ins & inspections
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and required inspections are coordinated in the correct sequence.
Walls, floors & finishes
Drywall, paint, cabinets, tile, flooring, trim, and fixtures are installed according to the agreed scope.
Quality review & closeout
We review the completed work, address documented finish items, clean the work area, and complete the final walkthrough.

Trade sequencing
Some work cannot begin until earlier repairs, inspections, or material deliveries are complete. We coordinate that sequence.
Communication on changes
If hidden damage or a requested upgrade changes the work, the cost and schedule impact should be documented before proceeding.

Insurance scope and upgrades are different
Insurance-related repairs are based on approved damage and policy decisions. Owner-requested upgrades or work outside the covered scope are documented separately so expectations remain clear.
